Eggs in a nest make a fun and easy breakfast!
Ingredients

- 1 egg
- 1 slice of bread
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Use a cookie cutter or the rim of a glass and cut a circle (or any other fun shape) in the middle of a piece of bread.
- Put butter in a hot skillet and let it melt.
- Put in the two pieces of bread and crack an egg in the hole.
- Cook until golden brown then flip both pieces and cook the other side until golden brown.
Notes
For a sunny side up egg – toast one side of the bread and flip it before adding the egg. Continue cooking over medium-low heat. Cover the pan so the egg sets.
