Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon rubbed or ground sage
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon marjoram
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Blend all of the spices together. You can simply mix them together in a bowl, or if you prefer a finer, ground consistency, grind your poultry seasoning with a mortar and pestle, pulse in a food processor, or grind in a coffee or spice grinder.
