Pumpkin Spice White Hot Chocolate


  • 1 1/4 cups whole milk (10oz, 283g)
  • 2 ounces white chocolate, chopped (57g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons pumpkin puree (2.1oz, 60g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • pinch of salt


  1. Combine ingredients in saucepan and heat over medium heat until warm and chocolate is melted, stirring often.
  2. Serve topped with whipped cream and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice, if desired.


Recipe can be multiplied by the number of servings needed.
