Spinach and Feta:
- 6 oz baby spinach, roughly chopped 170g
- 6 oz feta cheese, crumbled 170g
- 1 ¼ cups shredded mozzarella cheese 140g
- ½ cup green onions sliced thin
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh herbs parsley, mint, and dill (Note 2)
- Salt pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste (Note 3)
Cheese and Herb:
- 16 oz 454g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 10 oz 283g feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup green onions sliced thin
- ½ cup chopped fresh herbs parsley, mint, and dill (Note 2)
- Salt pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste (Note 3)
Potato and Feta:
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and boiled until soft (about 3 medium) 908g
- 7 oz feta cheese, crumbled 198g
- ½ cup green onions sliced thin
- ½ cup chopped fresh herbs parsley, mint, and dill (Note 2)
- Salt pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste (Note 3)
